The GNU Scientific Library (v1.15) for Visual Studio 2010
This is a port of the GNU Scientific Library for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. It provides build projects for GSL static and dynamic link libraries (DLL) and the associated tests. It also supports both 32-bit and 64-bit builds.

Intel Compiler
The Intel compiler builds GSL (v1.15) successfully after converting the Microsoft build projects but two components (ode and ode2) report errors.
